Keeping it Wild at the 2010 Canada Day Celebrations in Invermere

Jul 1 2010
In a spectacular show of support for Jumbo Wild, the JCCS Canada Day parade float took first prize for Clubs and Organizations. Maybe it was the fact that the grizzlies showed up in support of a wild Jumbo Valley; maybe it was the live, "in float" musical support, delivering a rousing rendition of "When the Bears Go Marching In"; or maybe it was the joyful dedication of the JCCS and their members after 20 years on the job. Whatever the cause, it was clear from the crowd's cheers and chants, and requests for bumper stickers that Invermere is a town in support of Jumbo Wild! Here's to the future of Canada's wild places.
